When you submit a request for a new computer purchase via our request form (link), you have the option of selected a “standard configuration”. Below you will find our current standards for each type of device. These standards will work for most employees’ daily computer needs. If you are working with very large files or performing computing research, we suggest working with PSD Computing and IT to design a custom configured machine.

In most cases, out standard configurations will include:

1. An i5 Intel processor or a M4 Apple Processor
2. 16 GB of RAM
3. 512 GB of Hard Drive
